Our meditation classes are helpful in times of stress.

Presence in Healing classes bring people with similar interests, concerns or curiosities together to explore and heal.  Working in a group environment, we have the advantage of the insights of others in a safe environment.  

We have recently adapted much of our coursework to protect the safety of our students, offering most classes on Zoom.  

Classes cover a variety of topics, including developmental movement, touch skills, self-awareness, meditation or a combination of approaches related to a specific topic.  Recent topics have included Giving and Receiving; PTSD; Mediation and Reconciliation; Vulnerability; and Finding Safety in Nature.  

Our meditation classes are particularly helpful in times of stress.  Meditation with a Presence in Healing background pays special attention to presence and somatic awareness.  Bringing this material into regular practice delivers profound benefits at all levels.
